Founder of TooD Beauty, shares her journey to self-acceptance and how she embraces her spirit through her morning routine and beauty products that nourish her skin and stimulate her senses.Â
Sharerah Siadat, founder of TooD Beauty, was raised in a Persian household where she was taught to never leave the house without a full face of makeup. However, she took the roots of that messaging and made it her own, embracing the idea of being proud and honoring oneself. Siadat’s relationship with beauty was shaped by her experiences of being bullied in elementary school, causing her to conform to Eurocentric forms of beauty. She eventually decided to grow back her unibrow at 37 years old, which was a door that opened to her journey of self-acceptance. Siadat embraces her spirit through her morning routine, which includes taking herself on a nature walk and using products that stimulate her senses as much as they nourish her skin.Â
