Javeno McLean, a powerlifting champion, has established a unique and inclusive gym called J7 Health Center, located in Manchester, United Kingdom. The gym is dedicated to training people with disabilities and the elderly, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to improve their physical and mental well-being.Â
Driven by his passion for fitness and the desire to make a difference, the 36-year-old father of two started his journey by volunteering to train two individuals with disabilities. This experience proved to be life-changing, as word spread about Javeno’s compassionate and effective approach to training. Consequently, the gym’s clientele grew, now including 15 disabled children and around 30 elderly adults.Â
J7 Health Center goes beyond just physical training; it also emphasizes mental coaching as a vital component of overall wellness. Javeno’s customized training methods have had a profound impact on the lives of his clients, enhancing their confidence, resilience, and ability to engage in various activities.
