A pro-Iranian Iraqi militia released footage showing what appears to be its first-ever FPV drone strike on a U.S. military installation in Iraq.
For the first time, an Iranian-backed militia has carried out an FPV drone attack in Iraq, an incredibly dangerous new development.

The footage, aired on the pro-Iranian Iraqi channel Naya, shows the drone flying inside the U.S. Victory Base complex, located adjacent to Baghdad International Airport, for several minutes before striking its target.
“U.S. Central Command always claims the attacks are successfully intercepted, but the footage appears to show the U.S. air defense system failing to intercept,” the report noted.
The video release comes amid ongoing attacks by Iran and its allied militias in Iraq against U.S. positions in the Middle East.
Meanwhile, the United States Embassy in Baghdad also came under fire Saturday, with a missile striking a helipad inside the compound, security officials told The Associated Press.

“The projectile landed within the embassy’s boundaries in the Green Zone, the heavily fortified district in central Baghdad that houses Iraqi government institutions and foreign embassies,” the officials said on condition of anonymity.

Hmmm. I’m calling BS on the video drone strike = AI. It’s fake. 1. notice throughout the entire video you do NOT see a single person walking around/out, 2. also NOT a single vehicle is moving, 3. and while it is overcast it is clearly about the middle of the day based on vehicle shadows, and yet again not a single person to be seen anywhere? 4. also you do not see any US military vehicles/equipment.
