The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched a series of airstrikes targeting Hezbollah military structures in southern Lebanon on Saturday. The attacks hit locations in Odaisseh, Yaroun, and Marwahin, and followed artillery strikes earlier in the day aimed at neutralizing threats in Matmoura, Wadi Hamoul, Rachaya Al Foukhar, and Souaneh.
The strikes prompted retaliation from Hezbollah, which launched two separate rocket barrages at northern Israel. According to the IDF, 15 rockets were fired at the Western Galilee region, causing sirens to sound in border communities such as Betzet, Hanita, Rosh Hanikra, and Shlomi. Another barrage targeted Kiryat Shmona, injuring one man and damaging property.
Hezbollah launched anti-tank missiles towards the lighthouse in the Rameem barracks.
